ATLANTA, GEORGIA—The dream of Atlanta United FC to reach the Major League Soccer Eastern Conference playoffs now depends on their performance in their last four remaining games in the MLS regular season.
The United FC is currently in seventh place in the MLS playoff hunt with 43 points.
The United FC has two home games in their last four games which begin on Wednesday against Inter Miami CF and Toronto FC on Saturday at the Mercedes Benz Stadium.
After their two home games, United FC will finish the MLS season by visiting the New York Red Bulls and Cincinnati.
To reach the playoffs and have home-court advantage, United FC must win their last four games.
To win their remaining games, United FC star strikers Josef Martinez and Luiz Araújo must do their best to score for the team.
Mercurial Argentine playmaker Ezequiel Barco and Argentine midfielder Marcelino Moreno must also continue to play well for the team.
Defenders Miles Robinson and George Bello must also hold the fork in defense alongside veteran goalie Brad Guzan.
