ATLANTA — With the FIFA World Cup 2026™ approaching and eight matches set for Mercedes-Benz Stadium between June 11 and July 19, the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB) has unveiled a blockbuster promotional video featuring some of the city’s most recognizable stars across sports, entertainment, business, politics, and civic leadership.
“These Atlanta icons represent the pride, passion and personality that make Atlanta unlike anywhere else,” said William Pate, president and CEO of ACVB. “As we welcome fans from every continent for FIFA World Cup, we want them to feel exactly what these celebrities feel: the vibrancy and hospitality that make Atlanta unforgettable.”
The campaign highlights Atlanta’s culture, accessibility, booming sports scene, and global identity as one of the premier soccer cities in the United States.

Bijan Robinson — Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons’ star running back brings the spirit of gratitude and community, reflecting the mission of his Bijan Robinson Foundation, which supports literacy, faith-based programming, and youth initiatives.
