Founded the Kaizer Chiefs
Kaizer Motaung founded the club in 1970 when he returned from the United States of America where he played for the Denver Dynamos and then the Atlanta Chiefs. The club was named Kaizer Chiefs, a mixture of his name and his former club. Kaizer Chiefs Football Club is a South African football club based in Johannesburg that plays in the Premier Soccer League.
