ATLANTA, GA — While Atlanta United’s senior stars hit the international stage this November, the club’s youth talent pipeline is making global headlines of its own.
Three academy and first-team prospects—Santiago Pita, Dominik Chong Qui, and Jonathan Ransom—have received international call-ups during the November FIFA window (Nov. 10–18), continuing the Five Stripes’ tradition of developing talent for both club and country.
Santiago Pita & Dominik Chong Qui — U.S. U-19 Men’s National Team
Atlanta United’s rising midfielder Santiago Pita has been called up for the second time to the U.S. U-19 Youth National Team, joining teammate Dominik Chong Qui, a First Team defender.
The pair will represent the U.S. in the UEFA U-19 Youth Tournament in Wales, facing some of the top youth sides in the world.
Match Schedule (Eastern Time):
- Nov. 12 – 🇺🇸 USA vs. Germany — 11:30 a.m. ET
- Nov. 15 – 🇺🇸 USA vs. Wales — 9:30 a.m. ET
- Nov. 18 – 🇺🇸 USA vs. Japan — 6:00 a.m. ET
This tournament serves as key preparation for U-20 World Cup qualifying in 2026 ahead of the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup.

Jonathan Ransom — Canada U-17 at the FIFA U-17 World Cup
Jonathan Ransom, a standout from Atlanta United’s youth ranks, is currently representing Canada at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar (Nov. 3–27).
Canada sits 2nd in Group K with one match remaining:
- 2-1 win vs. Uganda
- 0-0 draw vs. France
Next Match:
- Nov. 11 – 🇨🇦 Canada vs. 🇨🇱 Chile — 7:30 a.m. ET

With a win or draw, Canada will advance to the knockout stage, and Ransom is expected to start again after solid performances in both group stage matches.
