Atlanta United 2 has released its Availability Report ahead of Friday afternoon’s MLS NEXT Pro showdown against Carolina Core FC at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Training Ground.
Kickoff is set for 4:00 p.m. ET, with the match streaming live on MLSNEXTPro.com, OneFootball, and Soccer Down Here.
Two Players Away on International Duty
ATL UTD 2 will be without two players for the matchup, as both have been called away for international duty.
| Player | Reason | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Santiago Pita | International Duty | Out |
| Jonathan Ransom | International Duty | Out |
Midfielder Santiago Pita continues his time with his national team, while Jonathan Ransom is also unavailable after receiving an international call-up.
Despite the absences, Atlanta United 2 enters Friday’s contest with confidence after earning a 3-2 victory over New York City FC II in its first match at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Training Ground. The club will be looking to build on that momentum as it continues its push toward the MLS NEXT Pro playoffs.
What This Means
International call-ups highlight the quality of Atlanta United 2’s player development pathway but also create opportunities for other young players to step into larger roles. With home-field momentum on its side, ATL UTD 2 will aim to overcome the absences and secure another important three points against Carolina Core FC.
