ATLANTA, GEORGIA—The Atlanta United FC has expressed full support to the remarkable NBA playoff run of the Atlanta Hawks who have already reached the Eastern Conference Finals.
United posted a photo on its official Facebook page showing Hawks star point-guard Trae Young shakes hands with United star player Josef Martinez with the caption BELIEVE ATLANTA, as a form of support to the playoff run of the Hawks.
The Hawks need all the help they could get since they will be facing the formidable Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals which begins on June 23 in Milwaukee.
To beat the Bucks and reach the NBA finals, Young and his teammates must play their A-game and stop Bucks superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo from dominating their game.
Hawks coach Nate McMillan also needs to create a superb game plan to bring down the Bucks in their best of seven playoff series.
Whatever is the result of the playoff series, United will always be at the back of the Hawks as far as its NBA performance is concerned.
