While Atlanta will enjoy a break from MLS play before returning against Columbus Crew at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on September 13, fans can keep busy tracking their favorite stars representing their countries. Miguel Almirón – Paraguay
Atlanta United’s captain leads Paraguay into two decisive matches in the FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers. Sitting fifth in CONMEBOL standings, La Albirroja need just one point to secure their first World Cup berth since 2010.
