Atlanta United defender Caleb Wiley has been found in violation of the League’s policy prohibiting hands to the opponent’s face, head, or neck by the MLS Disciplinary Committee. Wiley received an undisclosed fine for his actions during Atlanta’s June 29 match against Toronto FC in the 90th minute.
