The fifth-ranked Columbus State soccer team will go after its fifth Peach Belt Conference tournament championship when it plays North Georgia at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Blanchard Park in Evans, Ga.

The Lady Cougars have not won the tournament since 2010, however. They won four in a five-year stretch, 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010.

CSU lost in the title game in 2011 and 2012 to Armstrong State, Last season, they were beaten by Georgia College in the semifinals.

CSU will also put its unbeaten record (18-0-1) on the line.

The Lady Cougars beat North Georgia 1-0 on Oct. 22 in Dahlonega. Kelsey Pelletier scored the goal just 2:09 into the game.
