ATLANTA, GEORGIA—Coming off a dramatic win, the Atlanta United FC hopes to win its second straight game when they visit the undefeated Seattle Sounders FC on Sunday at the Lumen Field in Seattle, WA.
Sporting a (2-2-1, 4th in Eastern Conference) record, the United will have its hand full against the home team Saunders (5-1-0, 1st in Western Conference).
To beat the Saunders, the United needs to play its A-game in both offense and defense all game around.
The troop of Gabriel Heinze also needs to get a solid game from the main striker Josef Martinez, who has 13,522 mins while scoring 96 goals.
Aside from Martinez, Argentine midfielder Marcelino Moreno, who scored the winning goal for United in its last game also needs to stay focused in the game.
Team leader and starting goalkeeper Brad Guzan also need to play solid on defense to keep the Saunders from scoring come game-time.
Coming off a 2-0 victory against Los Angeles, the Saunders is confident it can continue its winning streak against United.
Expected to play solid for the Saunders on Sunday is midfielder Nicolas Lodeiro from Uruguay.
