ATLANTA, GEORGIA—The visiting Georgia State University Panthers Women’s Soccer team salvage a 2-2 draw against the home team Little Rock in Little Rock, Arkansas on October 17.
Panthers freshmen strikers Bree Barley and Brooklynn Fuge played superbly for their team as their goals saved the team from defeat.
The Panthers managed three shots in OT but Sunday’s match would end in a draw.
Goalie Maria Subies also played well on Sunday with a career-high 10 saves in the contest.
With the draw, the Panthers remain in fourth place in the Sun Belt standings with just one match remaining.
The Panthers return home to host rivals Georgia Southern Sunday at 1 p.m.
