It is possible to improve and achieve full physical function at any age just by strengthening weaknesses.
The components are: Thought
                                Breath
                                Function/Action
                                Hydration
                                Nutrition
                                Rest

I call this perfect practice.

Moving toward full physical function.

Nothing ever happens without action.

Physical neutral has the most possibility for change. Do this unconsciously
gives you an advantage.

Strengthening weak links in our body takes action and truly returns our body to balance.

So “change your body position and enjoy the change” gives meaning to our journey.
