After the 2024 MLS NEXT Cup concluded, the Best XI Team was revealed. Players from U15–U19 age groups were chosen, and their selections were aggregated into a single Best XI list. Two players from each of the four national champion teams—Chicago Fire Academy U15, FC DELCO U16, LA Galaxy U17, and Strikers FC U19—were selected to the Best XI.
